The Slender-Snouted Crocodile is very long and slender (about 2.5 meters). The upper surface of the body is dark olive and the lower surface is light.
It is found mainly in riverine habitats with dense vegetation as the main item of their diet is fish. They hunt by swimming parallel to the river bank, and catch fish in shallow water.
